Photography bookings with Visuals by Joshua are confirmed after the session details, date, location, package, and payment terms are agreed in writing. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is complete.
Session timing, delivery timelines, image counts, usage rights, rescheduling, and cancellation terms may vary by project and will be clarified during booking. Edited images are delivered through a digital gallery or agreed delivery method.
Clients may use delivered images for personal, professional, and agreed promotional purposes. Commercial licensing, publication, paid advertising, resale, or third-party brand use may require separate written permission.
